Assumption violations
Assumption violations are assuming (without testing) that the variances in an ANOVA are homogeneous. The main consequence of violating statistical assumptions is that the test statistics will not have the expected distributions. The p-value from the test will be unreliable and therefore the statistical tests will be invalid.
